We stayed in apartment 1214 on floor 13, and the sea view was amazing. The rooms were clean, but the balcony was dirty, and I got the impression the building needs better overall maintenance. There was some mold in the bath. The kitchen was equipped, though perhaps a little outdated, as was some of the furniture. For a family vacation, I think it’s great value for money. Our main problem was that one of the doors just locked, and no one came to open it until the next day. Some of my daughter’s belongings were stuck inside, so she had to sleep on the living room sofa. It was just fine overall, and I think we’ll come back, though it needs a bit more maintenance.

Being right by the beach is what really makes this place. We weren't sure what to expect, though we'd heard it was a bargain and the location sounded hard to beat. The first apartment we saw felt like it hadn't changed since the 80s, so we called the manager. He spoke Russian and was fantastic, really attentive, and arranged a much better apartment with better overall amenities. In the end, it was okay.

The location is lovely, but the apartments were very dirty and poorly maintained. They also all seemed different. There's a lot that needs fixing.
