I love renting my apartment here. It’s a great location, in a nice building with a pool, and it’s clean.

Our host was pleasant and attentive, and I commend her customer service. Management still hasn’t resolved the issues with us. The place was comfortable overall and could easily be great if management paid a little more attention to detail. The apartments are centrally located, within walking distance of the Old City and mass transit. They contacted us early, and the host was cheerful and easy to reach. The apartment we booked was being renovated, so they moved us to a property down the street. It was spacious and had a modern remodel, but several basics were missed: multiple balcony doors wouldn’t lock, and most of the dishes had been put away dirty. With a $50 cleaning fee included, I’d expect someone to check that everything is clean after guests leave. The pool at the new property was only open for a few hours a day, during peak touring times, which was highly inconvenient and a major drawback. We chose Sweet Inn because pool access mattered for our children, so the limited hours felt like a misrepresentation of their services. One day, the “lifeguard/caretaker” closed an hour early for a personal appointment. We were eventually allowed to use a pool in a building down the street, which was a good gesture, but still inconvenient at this price point.

I worked with Itamar and Liz on a recent two-week visit to Israel, and they were tremendously helpful with several apartments. Whatever I needed, they were attentive, and nothing was ever an issue. They checked in with me pretty much every day to see if they could help with anything. Their customer service and communication were tremendous. They’ll be my first call on my next visit.

The place wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. There were dirty towels on the floor, and everything was a mess. Getting hold of the manager was extremely frustrating because he took quite a while to answer, and even reacted angrily to our complaints. We asked for compensation but never got a response. It was the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had.
