The location is very handy, with busy streets and restaurants nearby and trams within walking distance. There was a lift, which helped. The rooms were new and tidy, and the air-conditioner worked well. The beds were comfortable, though the room was tiny, with barely enough space for two large suitcases. There's no reception desk, just self check-in. The luggage storage was the cleaners cupboard, which couldn't fit my two large cases. The fresh linen hadn't been washed, so towel fluff stuck to me when I dried off. There was a coffee machine but no cups or tea towels, and plates but no cutlery. Still, it's fine if you just need a small clean room to sleep in. I'm sure once they sort out these little things, it will be a great stay. I wish them all the best.

Management either didn't respond or never fixed the ongoing problems during my stay. Hot water lasted only a few minutes, the room was dirty with sticky surfaces and several cockroaches, and the alarm went off for hours in the middle of the night more than once. I have photos and video of everything. This fell below basic hotel standards.

A clean, comfortable budget place with a superb location if you only need somewhere to sleep and basic amenities. There was no staff in sight. I wish there'd been dish soap by the kitchen sink, and something besides shower gel for washing hands in the bathroom. Drinking water would have been nice too.

It's a very central spot, yet remarkably quiet, with kosher restaurants and plenty of things to do nearby. There's also a supermarket close by where you can get what the basic, very small room doesn't include. You get what you pay for, and it has what you need. For kashrut reasons, I would have liked disposable cups, maybe plastic silverware. If you have mobility issues, be aware this isn't a shabbos elevator.
