Raed was especially accommodating and made our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast was a real highlight, with made-to-order omelets, a great choice of salads and cheeses, and fresh, rich Middle Eastern flavors. We’d been searching for a place for our Hanukkah trip to Jerusalem, and many hotels were already booked, so after reading strong reviews we chose Ambassador Hotel and were glad we did. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the lobby and shared spaces were beautifully decorated. The Christmas tree and lights gave everything a warm, festive feel. It’s conveniently close to the Old City. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend Ambassador Hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem.

We spent nearly three weeks here while teaching a couple of professional healthcare certification courses, and the hotel worked well both for the classes and for staying. The place was clean and comfortable, and the food was fresh and expertly prepared. The staff were among the kindest, friendliest people you could find. We recommend it without hesitation.

The beds were hard, and the two twin beds were pushed together. The rooms were clean and had enough space. Service was prompt and professional, and breakfast and dinner offered a great variety of traditional food.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a mix of local and Western food. My room was large and had a balcony. You do need to ask for things, like a linen change after a week, but they do take care of the request.

The buffet was great at both breakfast and dinner, and I also ate at the restaurant. The food was very good, the rooms were great, and the service was fantastic. Everyone was super friendly. I stayed at Ambassador for five days and nights, and I’d stay there again if I come back to Israel.
