Brand New 3 Bedroom Apartment in Shalem Tower

The service was terrible from the start. They demanded payment before we could enter the apartment. The parking space we were promised wasn't provided, the stove never worked, we couldn't adjust the air conditioning, and the boiler never worked either. We reported all of these problems and got no response. Their treatment felt discriminatory. Several times they told us to be quiet, even though we weren't in the apartment during the day. On Saturday, most of the other residents were making a racket and wouldn't let us sleep. They kept changing the doorman, and at one point we were left outside because the entrance was locked. We didn't know the entry code, and the internet wasn't working either. They didn't honor the contract. We were supposed to leave at 3:00 p.m., but they made us leave at 11:00 a.m. We were left on the street with our things, waiting for our transfer. They also charged us for damage to the apartment that was already there. In short, the service was awful. I don't recommend it. It was very expensive and the quality was nowhere near worth it.

The apartment had several problems, and the staff made the stay worse. The stove never worked, the boiler was unreliable, and the elevators had trouble on Saturdays. The guards were rude, and the parking arrangement I was promised wasn’t honored. A very bad experience.

I stayed there in May and had a rough time. The stove and boiler weren’t working, and although I paid for parking, no space was provided. I’d take photos of the apartment as soon as you arrive. They may later claim you caused damage that was already there.

The elevator broke during our stay, and we were pushed out of the apartment before the contract’s departure time. Hot water in the bathroom wasn’t working, and neither was the stove. They also didn’t provide the parking service. Really poor service. I’d avoid risking the same bad experience.
