10/10
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully looked after. Everything felt relaxed but still well organized. We had a fantastic two-night stay, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. Right on the beach, the location was hard to beat, with great views and everything within walking distance. Waking up to the waves was such a treat. We’d gladly come back and recommend it for a beach getaway. Five stars.

We chose the junior suite, but it felt quite basic, and the apartment didn’t look as good as the photos. The bathroom was tiny, and the room felt old and outdated. There was a spacious balcony, though the sea view wasn’t great because the suite was low down and angled. The place could use a revamp. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent.

The room was filthy and smelled awful. There was a dead fly in the shower and lots of mold. Disgusting place, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Friendly staff let us check in early without an extra charge, and the beach is right nearby, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed, but it smelled a bit of smoke and cleaning chemicals. It was spacious, though the bathroom was tiny and cramped. The photos on Expedia didn’t match the rooms, which need updating. For the price, it was a good deal.

I’ve stayed in many hotels in Israel while traveling back and forth from Canada, and I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. There was no effort to make me feel welcome or comfortable. Staff kept giving different accounts, and the manager takes no responsibility for what they say or claim. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I didn’t ask for 50%, either. You’ve mixed me up with someone else.
