We really enjoyed staying here. The food was tasty and had plenty of variety, and the rooms were clean and looked after. The staff were very polite, answered all our questions, and were ready to help with anything.

The bathrooms were filthy and the toilets didn’t work, which made an already awful stay even more uncomfortable. The whole place smelled terrible and the service was awful. We asked the front desk to wake us at 11, but they disturbed us at 3 instead. When we actually got up late, security came straight into our room without permission and yelled that we had to leave. Then they charged us extra for “overtime,” even though their mistake caused the situation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’d never stay here again and would strongly recommend avoiding it.

After I checked out and complained, a hotel employee called and threatened to make up charges against me because I’d left a negative review. That felt like intimidation and an attempt to silence criticism. I consider the behavior disgraceful, and it left me feeling guests could be extorted for speaking honestly. Other parts of the stay were bad too. Restaurant dishes were filthy, staff seemed lazy and dismissive of guests, and the property and rooms were outdated, neglected, and in unacceptable condition. The reservation site also hides that parking is paid, which I found misleading. The place came across as deeply unprofessional and close to fraudulent. I’d urge people considering it to stay away.

Absolutely excellent hotel, with a great location and food. The employees are so devoted and the service was superb. Much appreciated.
