Safwan and Tala helped us at checkout and left us with a great last impression. They were kind, efficient, and very professional. Throughout our four days at the Dan Jerusalem, the service was attentive and genuinely welcoming, and everything felt thoughtfully handled. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.

The hotel manager was full of suggestions for food and things to do when we spoke in the early evening. He pointed us to a fantastic shawarma place near Mahaneh Yehudah Market. The hotel is central, felt safe, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. With so many tourists, it was helpful that staff spoke English. Safwan, Tala, and the other front desk staff were knowledgeable and polite, and seemed to enjoy their work. That good mood rubs off on guests. Our tour company booked the hotel, and it turned out to be a great choice. Looking forward to staying here again.

The newer rooms are beautiful, and the staff have been professional and helpful. Dinner was a real treat, with an exquisite buffet. Naim was so hospitable and made the meal memorable. I had to listen to my stomach and stop eating, or I’d have carried on all evening. We’re loving our stay!

Muna greeted us each morning in the dining area with such warmth and a smile, and was always ready to help make things just how we liked them. Mr. Oded was another highlight of our ten days. He went out of his way to share information and help us, no matter how busy or what time it was. He always made us feel welcome and important. The cleaning staff on the 9 floor were friendly and looked after everything, and the front desk team were good too. I’ve found my new favorite place in Jerusalem. I’ll be back and will recommend it.
