My stay was terrible, and I left early because the staff were rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They even became verbally aggressive at times, which made me feel unsafe. Parking was another serious problem: guests are told to leave their cars outside without security, and my car was damaged there. The hotel took no responsibility and offered no help. There’s no basic hospitality, professionalism, or safety here. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

We came to Al-Quds to support our Muslim community and Al-Aqsa, but it was really disappointing to see boycotted Coca-Cola products being consumed at the hotel.

For what they charge, the staff were a real disappointment. There’s no parking, either. I wouldn’t choose this place in Jerusalem.

That rooftop garden was a lovely little surprise. The rooms are a bit dated, but ours was comfortable enough for sleeping. We enjoyed the food at both breakfast and dinner, though the choices were somewhat limited. Staff service was outstanding, and the modern lounge and dining area made the Golden Walls Hotel a pleasure to stay in. I’d come back.

The bar was good value compared with some places in Israel, and the staff were helpful. I stayed four nights as part of a pilgrimage and found the rooms comfortable and clean. It’s also a handy base for exploring the old city, with good facilities.
