Hotel Litov's manager was especially thoughtful and attentive, and the staff were quick to offer recommendations and help with travel arrangements so I could make the most of my time in Jerusalem. From the moment I walked in, I was met with warm smiles and a real eagerness to help. They even brought me a much-needed cup of coffee when I needed it most. Thank you, Hotel Litov, for making guests feel like cherished friends. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Jerusalem.

The location is good, but the rooms weren't clean: the sheets, beds, and towels were dirty. We booked for 7 people and got 3 double beds. When I asked for another bed, they refused and sent me to a hallway closet with dirty blankets, telling me to take whatever I wanted. Nobody came to help. The service was terrible, and breakfast wasn't fresh. I don't recommend staying here.

I paid just about 590 a night per room for 18 rooms, and can't compliment a single part of the stay. Save yourself the money, time, headache, and, in my case, embarrassment. For strictly Kosher options, Herbert Samuel or Ibis up the street charge a small extra amount and actually provide help and service. They care about the business and are accommodating. I booked Li Tov for a family gathering right after the holidays, arranging for roughly 65 people. Tilah initially seemed helpful as we worked out costs, menus, and details. We chose the hotel because it supposedly had strict, particular kashrut. But things changed completely at check-in. I arrived about two hours before the first relative and found a damp, musty lobby with a massive leak that seemed to have been there for months. Bentzi greeted us with barely any acknowledgment or eye contact and handed us keys from a printed list. As the guests arrived, he gave no directions, help with bags, or other assistance. I own several hotels, so I may have higher service standards, but here there wasn't an ounce of service. Whenever we asked for help, Bentzi looked stunned, and that lack of interest continued through the stay. On Friday night, after returning from Kotel, we found the dining room full of other guests, despite agreeing to a private room, and there wasn't enough space. I was off by only three guests, but there were 19 places missing for our party. The staff also hadn't set aside enough food. About a third of our group ate, while the rest filled up on hard challah rolls, despite my tip to Abraham. The kitchen was filthy, and in all my trips in and out I never saw a frum mashgiach there. The rooms were dated and badly in need of repairs. There were clogged shower drains and leaks, cigarette butts and trash everywhere, bloodied solid bedsheets, not enough beds, and no toilet paper. The list goes on. When I begged Bentzi and Tilah for help, they stonewalled me. On Saturday night at checkout, I tried to discuss what had happened, but Tilah didn't answer my calls or messages, and Bentzi just stared blankly.

I can't comment on staying there over shabbos since I didn't, but I really enjoyed the Shabbat meals and their warm, extremely friendly service. There was an abundance of delicious, authentic food and dishes, and the atmosphere felt easy, friendly, and not intimidating. Great job, and thanks for an amazing Shabbat experience!

We only came for one night, arriving late, sometime between 23⁰⁰ and 00⁰⁰. The check-in counters were closed, so we called the night shift. He talked us through how to get in, and we picked a room from an envelope of keys. That worked out fine, and he explained where to go and what to do. The bedroom was small, the building quality seemed low, and maintenance wasn't great: the hinges were loose and the shower glass was hard to open. The construction wasn't the best either. Breakfast was very basic, like a 1-3 ⭐ hotel. The hotel is very close to Yaffo st., the main shopping and restaurant street. Parking is a big problem since there's no hotel lot. You can park on the street, but the risk of getting tickets is very high.
