On two separate visits, my sister, brother and I found the place clean, with friendly, helpful and professional staff. There's a restaurant right beside it with wonderful food, and it's only a short walk to the Jaffa Gate. We'll stay here again when we return.

Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the staff were attentive and very friendly. The hotel is small but really cozy, and it's clean and close to the Old City and many other Jerusalem sights. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We held two functions at the restaurant and bar. The proprietor was kind, easy to work with, and very understanding of our situation. We're very grateful to him.
