My Jerusalem View

The rooms were clean and excellent, and we slept really well in the comfortable beds. What stood out even more was how friendly, thoughtful and helpful everyone on staff was. They even let us leave our luggage after checkout so we could spend more time exploring the city. And the rooftop balcony, with its 360 view of jerusalem, was the cherry on top. Amazing stay. There's a self-serve coffee spot on every floor, available around the clock, and the rooftop gives you an amazing view of the city. The hotel's location is a big part of the appeal: it's right by the Market and city center. If you're coming for the JERUSALEM atmosphere rather than spending your time in a hotel swimming pool, this is a great destination.

Just arrived, and the staff have been so nice, especially EIMAT. She came down to meet us and gave us service that went above and beyond. The 360-degree view of Jerusalem is crazy sick. Highly recommend.

The design is elegant, though a few details could use attention, like the rusty toilet brush, carpet and cabinet corners. Outside noise was kept out very well, and we slept really well, though, as anywhere, you can still hear other guests. The views were amazing, and we had two spacious, beautiful balconies. There was free coffee from a Jura machine with beans, plus tea, milk, soy milk and hot and cold drinking water. Heating was good, and the reception lady was especially friendly. The location worked great for us, with the old city, food market and good restos within walking distance or a few tram stops. There's a supermarket downstairs. Highly recommend!
