I was upgraded through Amex platinum and also got early check-in, late checkout, and a free breakfast buffet, which was super delicious. They even left a special gift in our room for our anniversary of making Aliyah, which made the stay feel even more special. Many thanks to the staff! The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with spacious rooms, impeccable service, and a beautiful spa. It’s in a historic building in central Jerusalem.

The spa is fabulous, and the food is good. I haven’t stayed overnight, so I can’t comment on the rooms, though the guests always seem to be enjoying themselves. The doorman in the top hat is the friendliest too. One of the most elegant, if not the most classically elegant, hotels in Jerusalem.

This was my third stay at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem, and my best so far. Daniella changed how I feel about the staff and service here, since my earlier visits weren’t always especially memorable. She made me feel welcome and valued from the start. She’s warm, easy to talk to, and genuinely personable. Whenever I had a question or concern, she responded right away and worked out thoughtful solutions. Her care, professionalism, and warmth made the stay memorable and comfortable. Daniella is the kind of person who makes a hotel feel truly exceptional, beyond just being beautiful. She’s set a new standard for my future visits, and I’m already looking forward to returning. Thank you for making this stay outstanding.

We always leave the Waldorf Astoria in Jerusalem feeling happy, and it remains our favorite destination. Kareem, the front desk manager, welcomed us so warmly and is always ready to help with an open heart. The housekeeping staff were wonderful as well. Basam, one of the managers, kept going out of his way to make the stay special, even adding extra chocolates that were absolutely fantastic. We’re already looking forward to coming back.
