We came back because I’d had such a lovely stay here 11 years ago. The setting is still beautiful, and it’s a great place for kids, who had a really good time. But the room was a huge letdown for the price and the photos online. It was very basic and seemed untouched since our last visit. The toilet door wouldn’t shut, the shower had no heating for cold winter nights, and water leaked out. Paint was peeling and there were black mold stains in the shower. Neither the Wi-Fi nor the TV worked. I told the staff about everything, but they offered no compensation or goodwill gesture. I hope things improve, but we won’t be back.

The alpacas were clearly very well cared for, and they loved the little pellets we got at the start to feed them. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and we had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely come back!

The quiet at night is so good for clearing your head. You can sit on the porch and watch the stars without going anywhere, and the yurts are fantastic. We love spending time with the alpacas and llamas too. This was our third year in a row visiting, and it’s such a great place to stay and be around animals.

You can head out to the desert from the alpaca farm, and there are plenty of animals to enjoy there. The alpacas were fun to feed, and so were the llamas, horses, and sheep. The room was great, and the people were kind. We had a great experience.

We booked for two days and were very happy with the room. There isn't a lot to do, and it's quite isolated from the city, with about a kilometre of nothing but road on the way in. The Wi-Fi was weak, though decent enough. The animals were adorable, especially the dogs. Honestly, I’d pay double just to see them again, lol.
