Ourplace Apartments

I lived here for a few months for work in Israel, and it was a nightmare. There were cockroaches in my kitchen and other units, rats around the garbage area, broken floor tiles, leaking showers, and unsecured main doors. The laundry machines were always having problems. The rooms smelled worse after cleaning, which was very poor, and my friends had theft issues. Appliances were rusty and the bedding was really bad. The building and its management are run-down. I kept complaining to the building managers through their default WhatsApp number, but nobody replied, or they said they'd handle it and nothing got done. If these people ran rentals in North America, someone or I would have taken them to rental court. I'm counting the days until I can get out. If you have a choice, avoid it.

The staff were lovely and helpful, and the apartment suited me perfectly at a fair price. The location right on the market was unbelievably great, and I enjoyed the coffee in the morning. I had so much fun.

The hosts were just wonderful, and the location is great. I'd definitely come back next time we visit Tel Aviv.

A few minutes' walk from Cartmel Market, and the location is great. The owner was very responsive. Having both a washing machine and dryer was a brilliant bonus.
