The hosts were kind, happy to help with any request, and full of useful tips about places to visit and how to get there. They even helped us arrange bike rentals and provided plant milk and gluten-free bread. If you can’t get a room overlooking the bay and harbor, the shared lounge on the first floor has the same view. We spent a very enjoyable week at Aaron House in Port St. Mary. The hotel has a lovely interior and a good location, and our room was comfortable. The bathroom is accessed from the corridor, so be aware of that. Breakfast in the pleasant dining room was delicious, with English and continental choices, including excellent sourdough. I’d highly recommend staying here when visiting the Isle of Man.

The beach views are stunning, and breakfast has loads of options. The rooms are comfortable, too. The hosts take care of everything and nothing seems like too much trouble. It’s probably one of the nicest places to stay on the Island, with the bus stop, Steam Railway, shops, chippy and pubs all an easy walk away.

My mum had a fabulous time and was made to feel genuinely welcome, not just like a customer. The staff were brilliant and happy to help with anything. I loved the variety of fresh fruit at breakfast, which had plenty of choice and was excellent. My top-floor room had a great sea view.

A great room looking out over the bay, a comfy bed, a good shower, lovely people and a fantastic breakfast. I had a great stay too, and the other comments are spot on. Why stay anywhere else?
