The staff were lovely, friendly and really helpful. The evening meal was lovely and I’d recommend it. Breakfast had a good range, including fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices, pastries, toast and cooked food you could help yourself to. The eggs had stayed under the warmer a bit too long, and the cheese and meats didn’t taste good warm since they were too close to it. The food quality was great, though. We had a lovely stay. The first room had a problem with the window seal during a storm, but it was sorted promptly and we were offered another room on the floor below, which was fine. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower was lovely and strong. There was a nice bath too, and I enjoyed using both. I appreciated the Yorkshire Tea and Tunnocks biscuits. There was plenty of storage, hanging space and drawers, plus an iron and board, a decent hairdryer, and a comfy chair and side table by the window. I’d definitely return. Thank you, Ramsey Park Hotel.

The staff work hard to make your stay enjoyable, and even when rushed off their feet they’re keen to help with a smile. Brian, Wendy, Janet, Rene, and a few others whose names I can’t remember deserve a pat on the back. We’ve stayed here several times and it never fails to please. The restaurant has a varied selection of good meals, and my wife especially likes the special soups. Breakfast offers plenty of choice, whether you want continental, cooked food or fruit. The rooms are ample in size and well attended, and the hotel is clean and tidy. Let's be honest, no place is perfect, and expecting a 5 star hotel for a 3 star price is a dream. This is a good hotel!!!!

The staff were really helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast being included was a nice extra. Ramsey town centre and its amenities are only a short walk away, and the hotel sits in a beautiful spot. Our room was spacious, lovely, well appointed and very comfortable. The bed is firm, and the complimentary treats were wonderful.

The room was comfortable enough and the body wash was lovely, though the bath was hard to get out of. The bed was fine, but the pillows weren’t. Our winter deal was £104 per couple and included a 2 course dinner, breakfast and a complimentary bottle of wine in the room on arrival. The wine wasn’t there, so we had to ask for it with dinner. The evening meal was okay. We paid an extra £5 per meal for sirloin steak, but the chips were frozen, not home made. The cheeseboard was nice. Breakfast was buffet style, so the food inevitably wasn’t as hot as it should be. No one told us at the table that poached egg was available instead of scrambled. The orange juice was very sweet and not nice, and the coffee offered was instant, not from the coffee machine. The pastries didn’t look very appetising. Staff were friendly.

The rooms were comfortable, with excellent heating and a strong, satisfying shower. Service was good throughout, and breakfast had a great range for different tastes. Ramsey Park Hotel is nicely situated in Ramsey and made for a very pleasant, relaxing stay.
