The staff are good and helpful, and the service is quick. There’s a lift from the ground floor, but not from the basement. The hotel is on a narrow street, and parking the car in their basement can be difficult. The rooms could be better, the bathrooms aren’t up to the mark, and breakfast is limited to only a few items.

The rooms are fine for the money. The management and staff were supportive and cordial, and I had a very good experience with the hotel.

We arrived at 10:30pm and dinner was still available late at night. It’s just 5kms from the ring road if you’re travelling toward MH or MP, and there’s safe basement parking. The rooms are spacious and clean, with clean beds, sheets, and pillows. Staff are humble, hot water is available 24*7, and you can ask for an electric iron. Breakfast was fresh and light, with less oil. A worthy place to stay.

The underground car park was a blessing in the scorching sun, and the hotel is just off a main road. This was my first visit. All the other rooms were full, so I stayed in a suite, which was spacious and well equipped. Good experience.

The night staff and receptionist were very rude during my stay. The receptionist directly told me, “This is not Hyderabad, this is Adilabad.” Even though the facility had options, he wasn’t willing to provide the things.
