Collection O 16544 Hotel Primeland

The food was the reason I gave this place four stars. It was awful and so expensive that I wouldn’t spend even a rupee on a meal here, apart from water. The staff also weren’t very professional. Please take your dinner elsewhere. The rooms are small, but cozy, clean, and the mattresses are good. It works for a couple or a family, as in my case. I’d recommend the hotel if you’re in Agra for the Taj Mahal or just a few days.

The room was in a very poor state for a place listed by oyo in the premium category. It was cramped and far too small, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There were cigarettes and matches left there, and no TV remote. Service was extremely slow. We had no hot water for most of the day, only in the morning, and room service took an hour to bring water even after I called four times.

The staff and room service were lazy, and the place was filthy. Garbage was scattered around the hotel, and the rooms were very dirty. The toilets were unhygienic, and the bucket and mugs looked like a mop basket. I couldn’t bring myself to bathe with them, so I skipped my bath.

Breakfast was limited to one item per person, and there was seating for only 10 people at a time. There’s no lift, and the rooms had no hot water. Service was very poor, though the staff service was average.
