There was no electricity or water, and service was awful. Staff spoke rudely when we asked for help and didn’t seem to care about guests. They also entered our room without permission and stole things from it. The worst hotel I could have stayed in.
The family rooms were nice, and the stay was very good overall.
The place was quiet and the hospitality was good. I appreciated the personal service.
