I checked out within an hour and found a better hotel. The owner, Lokesh Agarwal, refused to return the booking money. The place felt completely isolated, with no nearby shops or buildings. The first room was filthy, and the bathroom pots were soiled, as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. The receptionist showed us three more rooms, but they were in the same condition: dirty bathroom pots, dusty chairs, a grimy kettle, noisy bed springs, and no STB connected to the TV.

The food was tasty, but the room needed serious repairs and upkeep. On top of that, the location listed online was wrong, which made the hotel frustrating to find. With the room in that condition and the location details off, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending it.

The owner did try to cooperate, but the place still fell far below a decent standard. I had to move to a third room because of problems like a faulty flush and a damaged bed mattress. The balcony was dirty, service was slow, and the rooms and service were pathetic. Calling it Dharamshala standard wouldn't be wrong. Not worth Rs. 2000 or more.

The washroom stank, and the room was in awful shape, including the bed linen. The whole hotel needs serious attention to cleanliness. They didn't even provide mineral water bottles. I didn't expect this from fab hotels. Worst experience, and I won't recommend it to anyone visiting Agra.
