There are plenty of restaurants within 1 km, and you can order food online if you like. We ordered dinner from the hotel, and it was fresh and delicious. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with spacious washrooms and modern facilities. The friendly, cooperative staff dealt with any issues quickly. It’s close to the metro, with easy access to the Taj Mahal (West Gate) and Agra Fort. I’d recommend it for a pleasant stay in Agra.
The suite was unusual, with a spacious bedroom and a bath tub. The hotel was very neat and clean, the food was good, and the price felt fair. The staff were polite. Recommended.
The TV never worked, even after I asked five times. They brought a new remote, but that didn’t fix it. The bread was very poor quality, and the food wasn’t good. They also served what seemed like a fake egg in the egg curry.
There was no cleanliness or courtesy, and the welcome was poor. Check-in was late, and staff were arguing and using abusive language at reception. They say it's pet friendly, but when I asked for one boiled egg, they charged 50/- for it, and the food took 40-50 minutes to arrive. I only got a room by chance at a very cheap price. Otherwise, it wasn’t worth it at all.
Manager Anuj Tomar doesn't know how to handle customers. If you're not humble, hospitality isn't for you. Learn how to speak to people before running a hotel.
