The staff were well behaved and very helpful, and the rooms were really clean. The property is about 1 km from the Taj Mahal.

We ended up changing hotels on the day we arrived. The rooms weren't clean, things weren't working properly, and even the bathroom flush was broken. There was only one person at reception, and food wasn't available either. I'd have given zero stars if that were an option.

The rooms and toilets seemed not to have been cleaned for years. A very pathetic experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

2/10
The staff were rude, and the bathroom was awful, with a rusty tap, a very dirty bucket, and yellow water coming from the tap. Even a public bathroom is better than this one. The room was unhygienic and dirty, the sheets were filthy, and the AC didn't work.

Really nice hotel near the Taj Mahal, with excellent rooms. The staff were all good and very helpful. Happy with it ☺️
