It's in a prime spot in Khar West, close to the main attractions, restaurants and shops. The rooms are excellent and the service is good!

A decent place to stay if your budget is limited. The price range is low.

I booked two nights but could only manage to stay one because of the awful paint and construction smell. The first room they gave me hadn't even been flushed, and I had to ask to change rooms. The rooms are very old and dirty, and the stained bedsheets were old too. They don't look like the pictures. These rooms are used by couples by the hour, not by someone wanting to spend the night. My experience was really pathetic. I'd suggest avoiding this hotel and spending a bit more for a decent place.

The photos don't show this property at all. It's grimy and dirty, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. Find a clean room that's actually worth the price. The hotel is now called Stay Land Hotel.
