My stay had been fantastic, but on 23sep, my last morning, reception person pankaj, the owner's younger brother, behaved very badly and argued with me. My cousin came by, and I wanted him to enter my room for just 10 minutes so I could give him some items. pankaj refused to let him in, abused me, and said there was no ma'am in this hotel. He also told me I could do whatever I wanted, but my brother would not be allowed into the room. On top of that, he charged me extra beyond the hotel rate list.

The room was excellent, and the staff are what really stood out. They were professional, friendly, and well behaved, treating guests with care and pitching in with outside food orders, a late night cab, water, and other help. I’d highly recommend Alpine for a stay near Fatehabad Road.

The rooms had stunning city views and were spotlessly clean, with luxurious bedding. From the minute we arrived at Hotel Alpine🏨, the staff were warm and attentive, making sure our needs were met. It was a phenomenal stay that exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return!

I wouldn’t recommend it. The place is unhygienic, lacks basic amenities, and is overpriced considering how poorly the property is kept and maintained.

We got in around 10 pm, hungry after the late arrival, and the cooperative staff brought dinner right to our room. They also looked after our luggage after checkout while we went sightseeing, and gave us tips on good places to visit around Agra. The hotel is a nice place to stay, about 2-3 kilometres from the Taj Mahal, and I’d recommend it.
