Hotel Alpine Inn by OYO

The rooms were really bad, and the ACs weren't working. The staff's behavior wasn't good either. Oyo says the hotel has a swimming pool, good AC, and parking, but in reality none of those are there. It's not a good place to stay.

I got to Agra and went to the hotel, only to be told they couldn't check me in because it was full for the next two days. If they were booked up, why accept my reservation? Oyo and the hotel left me with a terrible experience and wasted time. Who's responsible for that?

We had booked two AC rooms, but the owner said there was only one available and asked us to pay extra. We couldn't pay more, so he told us to call customer care. After we did, he gave us one room with four beds. MakeMyTrip refunded us for the other room.

The staff weren't helpful, and water was all over the floor. They seemed to be steering guests toward the more expensive Hotel Big dream across from them. I'd avoid both places.
