Hotel Atithi

The only drawback was that room service was a little slow sometimes. Otherwise, I had a pleasant two-day stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location made it easy to reach nearby attractions. It was a great experience, and I’d consider staying here again. 👍

I felt very uncomfortable after an argument between the owner and someone who had been drinking. The taxi driver with me was drunk too. The behavior was unacceptable, and I left early and returned home because of what happened. I asked for my money back. Overall, the conduct was rude and very disappointing.

The main light in our room didn’t work, and when we complained, they actually told us to get ready using our phone flashlights. We had to call reception repeatedly over every small issue. The service was very poor, and the management was extremely unprofessional. They don’t know how to speak to guests. A totally disappointing experience.

The room needs attention: its walls were damp, and the bathroom water pressure was extremely weak. The complimentary breakfast also had very few choices. I did like the food quality, and the location and private ghat were the best parts of the stay.
