The room had no ventilation, and the kitchen smell made the ground floor rooms unpleasant. We also had to ask for soap and towels, and the bedding and pillow covers were dirty, so we asked for replacements. We checked in eight hours after the check-in time, so those should have been ready. The TV didn't work and the AC wire wasn't connected. We asked for both to be fixed several times during our two-day stay, but neither was sorted out. The location is handy, close to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, with plenty of nearby shops, fruit sellers, dhabas, and restaurants. But we saw a couple being made to check out early so the hotel could accommodate an early check-in, which they may have promised for extra money. The couple eventually had to call the police to resolve it.
