The breakfast was only average, and the menu is very limited, so they should improve it, especially for a 3 star hotel. Still, the place is decent for the price. It’s very close to Gachibowli main road, and we can get to the airport in 30-35 minutes. Being able to extend after checkout for a nominal amount is a good option.

We arrived at 11:15 pm and were given a room in terrible condition. The blanket had been used by the previous guest, and the towel was dirty. When we asked for a change, they gave us one towel for two people and rudely said that was all because there were only two of us. The toilet was dirty and in bad shape, the room hadn’t been cleaned, and the wardrobe was in poor condition and dirty inside.

The room was clean, the toilet hygienic, and the food was delicious. Staff were friendly and very supportive. I had a comfortable stay at a reasonable price and would definitely recommend it.

The rooms are okay, but the food is horrible, and the lift feels terribly unsafe, especially with kids. Honestly, this feels like a lodge rather than a hotel. How can it be called a 3-star hotel?
