The room was tidy, had sunlight, and there was hot water. But they gave us just one litre of drinking water for the whole 24 hours. The intercom and TV both failed, and even after I reported it twice, nobody fixed them. They also didn't provide a towel or toothpaste.
We spent one night here with family in a Deluxe room. The location was great for the Taj Mahal, the room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were very polite. Hot water was available too. We had to ask more than once for little things, and they seemed short on bedsheets, towels and blankets. The Deluxe amenities were very basic, though for just one night we managed. The two lifts worried me: one looked newly installed and the other old, and both seemed risky. The stairs may be the better choice if you can manage them. Decent for a budget family stay of a day or two.
It's a decent place for a family stay in Agra. The staff are cooperative, and both the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort are nearby.
The room was pretty average and the air conditioning was faulty. I couldn't even find the place easily with Google Maps, and the staff seemed lazy. There wasn't a single water bottle in my room.
The hotel had a bad smell, and the intercom, TV and AC weren't working. The lift wasn't working either, and they hadn't provided a towel or soap. Don't book until they improve things.
