The staff were rude and indifferent, and there was no sense of hospitality. Our room and bathroom were in awful shape: dirty, unhygienic, a broken toilet seat, and bedsheets that were torn, stained, and looked unwashed. The geyser didn't work either, which made staying there in winter impossible. The name Hotel Grand Sparrow Inn, Agra promises grandeur, but there was none. The Hindi saying “blind in the eyes, named Nainsukh” fits. And the “Sparrow” brought a crow to mind, noisy and messy, with nothing pleasant about it. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, a waste of money and peace. I wish I could give it a negative star. I won't return, and I strongly advise against booking or recommending it.

I left stressed, itchy, and disappointed. The rooms were dirty, hygiene was nonexistent, and the staff were rude. Absolutely no value for money, worst stay ever. Never again.

Thank you to Rahul yadav, who was a great person with good manners and handled hospitality and financial matters well. I came to agra last week with my female partner and stayed here for two nights. From the front, the place looked good, but the interior and service were very poor. The room was dirty and unhygienic, and I found the accommodation and comfort poor. The service boy and night manager lacked a sense of bedding and cleanliness. I also got cheap meals under the name of a special thali, so I was fully unsatisfied with the hotel. Keep safe and find something better for your needs.

The outside looks good, but the rooms aren't. Washroom and mattress were both average, and there weren't enough blankets. It's okay, just not that good.

A complete waste of time and money. There was no cleanliness, professionalism, or accountability. Worst stay of my life. Avoid it at all costs.
