I wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to families. Cleanliness and basic comfort were missing throughout: the room felt dirty, the bedding looked unclean, surfaces were dusty, and the washroom hygiene was poor. We weren’t given clean blankets, and asking about it didn’t get the problem properly fixed. The staff didn’t seem to take hygiene or complaints seriously, which left the stay feeling unpleasant and unsafe. For what it cost, it wasn’t good value, and there are better options at similar prices.

The price was high for such poor facilities and service. Our room wasn’t clean, the door lock was broken, and the flush barely worked properly. They also didn’t provide WiFi, saying they had none, even though the online details made claims that didn’t match what we found. The staff were rude, and I wouldn’t suggest anyone stay here.

Don’t stay here. There was no hot water from the taps, and they even charged us for a bottle that was supposed to be complimentary. The telephone didn’t work, their personal SIM was switched off, and there was no internet for WhatsApp calls. It felt like the hotel had no facilities at all.

The rates were very affordable, and there was plenty of parking. The atmosphere was lovely, the location was nice, and the room and bathroom were huge. The lobby, reception area, and rooms were clean. Staff were cooperative, and the management behaved well. It felt safe for women and families. Thanks a lot, hotel jainson residency.
