Hotel Palm Galaxy

The rooms were only average, and several basics let us down. Hot water wasn't working, WiFi management was very poor, and housekeeping and general management were poor. Staff cleaned the room without asking first, which put women's loose belongings at risk of going missing. I found the staff unreliable. The halls, pool, lawn, restaurant, and overall infrastructure, on the other hand, were high quality.

At Rashtradeep Restaurant, the service was a problem from the start. We arrived with family around 7 PM, and the staff didn't know the menu well. Several things we ordered turned out to be unavailable, and even when we tried to choose something else, they couldn't clearly explain the dishes. The food was disappointing too. Manchurian was sour and inedible, and its replacement was worse. Shahi Paneer fell below standard; only the buttermilk and French fries were acceptable. We left unhappy after paying ₹2604. The bill included GST, even on packaged water, without a proper explanation, so I plan to complain through the GST Bill on Portal. My stay at Hotel Palm Galaxy was average. Both the hotel and restaurant need serious improvement in service, staff training, and food quality.

Himmat Singh and the other staff were friendly and quick with the service. The restaurant felt clean and pleasant, and the food was fresh and really tasty. I'd come back.
