The staff made the stay feel like home, always polite, considerate, and ready to help. I was in Agra with my wife and infant for two days last week, and finding this hotel on Fatehabad Road turned out to be a lovely surprise. It’s the most memorable hotel stay I’ve had so far, and I’ll choose it again whenever I’m in Agra. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

The rooms and quilts were unclean, and they charged extra for a mattress even though it was included in the OYO price. We booked through Oyo, but were told to cancel that booking and pay in cash. Easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed at so far.

The bathroom had no water at all, not even for the toilet, and they gave us a dirty towel. The door wouldn’t shut properly either. What they show in the pictures is very different from what they provide.

There were mosquitoes everywhere, and nobody seemed to be around to look after guests. The service was very poor. A waste of money, and I’d never stay here again.

The staff were really friendly, and the service was good too. A nice hotel to visit.
