Hotel Ramtel Inn

Our first room, number 317, had a really bad smell and no ventilation. The other room we booked was good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is very good. Apart from that issue, it wasn't bad. Please sort out the rooms and this could be the best hotel in the area.

Nothing was clean. Dust was everywhere, the floor was filthy, there was a bad smell, and even the fan didn't work. Service wasn't available either. The rooms look nothing like the photos. This was an extremely unhygienic, terrible experience. Don't stay here. Even one star feels like too much.

The rooms were clean and well kept, and the facilities were good, so I have no complaint about those. We booked a family suite with one king bed and two single beds for three adults and three kids, plus a standard room with one king bed for two adults. We arrived around 1 AM, and the trouble started at breakfast the next morning. The restaurant staff said breakfast was included for only five people and refused to serve all six. We had a driver too and were willing to pay for his meal. We explained the booking, but the staff wouldn't listen or cooperate. I asked them to check with reception, but no one responded. After a heated exchange, they finally looked at the booking details, which clearly showed the number of guests, but there were still more arguments. In the end, I paid only for the driver's food, and we left with a bitter feeling. The poor communication and lack of professionalism ruined the morning and set a bad tone for the day. @Booking.com, please review your partnership with hotels like RAMTELINN. Experiences like this undermine trust in your platform.

The staff were polite, but the room wasn't properly cleaned and had a strong odor. They sprayed air freshener when we asked, but the smell became unbearable again after a while. I suspect it was dust. We paid ₹5000 for a one-day stay with the kids, and the basic needs of a hotel still weren't met. There's no car parking, so we had to leave our car somewhere else. I hope the management fixes these issues and provides better rooms for what guests pay.
