After I’d waited until 1:00 AM, more than an hour after arriving around midnight, they still refused to give me a room. I had booked online and paid ₹1,700 in advance, but when I asked for a refund they said online bookings couldn’t be refunded. So they wouldn’t provide a room or return the money. The listing hadn’t clearly said the room was only available for a limited number of hours, not a full day. They also said checkout would remain 11:00 AM the next day, despite the delay and inconvenience. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful throughout. He kept making promises but did nothing to resolve the problem, and his manner was completely unprofessional. This was the worst hotel service I’ve experienced, and I’ve never had customer service this horrible. I don’t understand how someone with that behavior can work at reception. I strongly don’t recommend this hotel. Management should take strict action against the employee, because keeping someone like that at the front desk will seriously damage the hotel’s reputation.

The staff are money-minded. For a stay from 12:30 at night until 2 PM, the room charge was 5000, and they took an extra 1500.

The sunset view from our room was amazing, and it felt very safe staying here with family. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with family rooms and extra mattresses available. The bathrooms were clean and the taps had a good flow of water. There’s easy access to public transport and cabs from this prime location. Underground parking is available, but there are only a limited number of car spaces. There’s also a lift. We found plenty of food options within walking distance, and delivery through a food app was available.

We really enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which had a good range of delicious dishes. Hotel Bairav Grand also has a great location, close to key attractions while still peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. The staff were warm and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. My room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It exceeded my expectations, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
