SPOT ON 78443 Hotel Bharat

The only good part was that they provided water at no extra cost, which was surprising for this kind of hotel. Everything else felt like poor value for a high price. The rooms were very dirty, with marks all over, and I was so disgusted I didn’t even take a picture. The bed covers and pillows were in terrible shape. They changed the cover, but the new one was still dirty, so bring your own bedsheet. Forget the pillows, or put them under your sheet if you can. The floors were just as bad, and even after I told them, nobody came to clean the room. The washbasin taps barely worked. I often had to use the lower knob because the upper, actual tap just spun around some unknown axis. They also charge different prices with a bill and without one. You could call it quite illegal, and people get tempted into that trap over a small amount.

It’s very convenient to get here from Rourkela Railway Station, the bus stop, or by road in your own vehicle. The entrance is neat and clean, and overall it’s okay to stay. Service and hospitality were very good. Best wishes for continued excellent service.

The service was very bad, the rooms weren’t clean, and the staff behaved poorly and seemed indifferent. It was a waste of money and a bad experience. Don’t check in here.

I stayed here for four days. Just one hour past checkout time, they charged me a full day’s room rent.
