Hotel Sahibs Royal Ville

Himanshu, the manager, was very cordial and made sure we had what we needed. The property was neat, clean, and clearly well maintained, and we had a comfortable two-day stay at Sahib’s Royal Ville in Agra. It’s easy to get around the city from here, while the hotel itself still feels like a peaceful retreat. His attentiveness made the visit memorable. Highly recommended.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The bathroom was filthy, and the room smelled unpleasant. The sheets were stained and hadn’t been changed, while the pillows were both uncomfortable and bad-smelling. The place didn’t look like the pictures online. It was a disappointing stay and not worth the money, one of my worst hotel experiences.

The Taj Mahal is nearby, and the metro station is only 500 meters away. Rooms are good and clean, with lovely pictures in them, and the restaurant theme is nice too. All the staff were good, and the price feels worthwhile. Come visit this property, thank you 😊

I checked in for one day and specifically asked for a hygienic room because my mother was ill. The stay itself was okay, but the food was pathetic. Breakfast was charged as per MakeMyTrip, and I found a matchstick inside the parantha filling. What if my mother had swallowed it? I raised it with the property stakeholder, but got no help. The staff misbehaved with me and made the trip useless. I asked for the CCTV footage and will file a complaint with the consumer forum. Please check in at your own risk if hygiene matters to you. Bas naam bade hai and nothing else. These are only goons. Supporting attachment is beneath, please check in at your risk.
