The guest who shared this feedback said their stay at Taj Galaxy Hotel was unforgettable. They enjoyed the view from the room, praised the friendly staff for going out of their way, and liked both the breakfast spread and the relaxing spa treatments. Feedback like this encourages us to keep doing our best. If you’re after a getaway that feels like home, come see what the buzz is about. We can’t wait to welcome you!

The hygiene was very poor. Our room was dirty and the toilets hadn't been washed. When we raised the issue, the person in charge was extremely rude instead of apologizing or putting it right. They later treated our family disrespectfully, which was completely unacceptable. There was no sense of customer service or respect.

The peaceful atmosphere and good service made for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite and nice. A good option for families and tourists visiting aagra.

The food was bad, and the rooms were dirty and in poor condition. The staff were harsh with us too. I stayed for just one day, and it was a really awful experience. I wouldn't stay here again.

The maintenance is very poor, and the rooms smell bad. There were unpleasant odors coming from the toilets, and cleanliness was awful. I wouldn't recommend this place for families.
