We found it easy to get around from this convenient location, and breakfast had plenty of choices for both adults and kids. Our family had a relaxing, enjoyable stay. The hotel felt welcoming, was clean and comfortable, and the rooms had enough space for everyone. The beds were super comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful with whatever our kids needed. We'd definitely return and recommend it to other families.

The chicken koliwada is a must-try if you enjoy non-veg food! Everything we ate was delicious and good quality. The rooms were clean, and the polite, helpful staff made our pleasant stay even better. We also liked the location and the atmosphere.

We liked having room to relax outdoors, especially the garden dining and the pool with its view. The kids' play area and secure parking also make Saga Resort seem well suited to families, and the spacious, clean rooms had a homey feel. It’s tucked away from the busy main town, with valley and greenery views from many balconies. Mapro Garden is still only about 2 km away, so it’s easy to go there for food or shopping. The Indian meals were fresh and full of flavor, and the staff were welcoming and helpful with travel advice, room requests, and free rides to the nearest bus stand. A peaceful stay with a good mix of comfort and value.

The noisy cabin fan in the Super Deluxe Room made it hard to sleep, with a horrible sound that was really uncomfortable at night. Cabin fans also felt out of place for a room in this category. We stayed two days and booked both an Executive Room and a Super Deluxe Room, but the quality didn’t match the daily rates. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, the shower pressure was very low, and toilet paper arrived only after we asked. Its mirror frame was damaged, and the main door latch didn’t work, so they gave us a padlock instead of fixing it. Room interiors, amenities, housekeeping, and maintenance all fell short for the price. The place needs to improve basic facilities and upkeep to offer value for money.
