The biggest plus is the location near Wilson point, the sunrise point. Even on a hot summer afternoon it felt cooler here than in the main market area. The rooms were nice, breakfast was good, and dinner was just okay, more like homemade food than restaurant cooking. There's a little less parking space.

The peaceful setting and location near major sightseeing spots made getting around easy. Hotel Arya is a pleasant place to stay in Mahabaleshwar, with clean, spacious rooms that are well maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative, which added to the comfort. It seems good value for money and a nice choice for families or couples wanting a relaxed stay.

Parking was a hassle because there wasn't enough space, and it took 10 to 15 minutes to park. The toilet wasn't clean, and there was a little dust in the room. The food wasn't very good either. Service, though, was good. The table was broken and held together with tape.

I had a really good experience staying at Arya hotel. The food was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. Five stars from me.

The prices are moderate even on a budget, and the local staff behaved very well and gave good service. It's a very good place for its location, food, and service.
