The kids’ play area was good, and the resort grounds are quite large. We visited in January and were given a room in the new building, where a lot of work still seemed unfinished. There’s no lift. The floor looked unclean, and the intercom wasn’t connected. For room service, they give you a visiting card and you have to call from your own mobile. That only works if you have a good network.

The hotel has a great location and plenty of space, but upkeep is negligible and it seems poorly managed. The property needs renovation and perhaps a fresh coat of paint.

We stayed with family and found it a perfect spot for a staycation. It’s a big resort spread over 3 acre land, with a good ambience, awesome food, and very cooperative staff.

The resort was under maintenance, and the stay was terrible. The rooms smelled bad, weren’t maintained, and felt unhygienic. The room washrooms were small and in terrible condition. The swimming pool and lawn area couldn’t be used, and the place looked nothing like the pictures. Very poorly maintained, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there.

There were lots of mosquitoes, though the place has plenty of greenery. Hot water was available all the time, which was good. The rooms were dusty and not clean, and I guess that’s why not many travellers choose this hotel.
