Townhouse Hotel Spotlight

The rooms were shabby, the washroom dirty, and the bedsheets and curtains had blood stains. Mosquitos and mouse were roaming around, and the toilet flushes didn't work. Drinking water availability was an issue, and the rooms were stacked like prison cells. The hotel also charged me more than the amount shown in the app. The manager, or whoever sits at the counter, was rude and condescending. This was the most pathetic hotel I've ever stayed in, and the place was very unhygienic. Such a bad experience. Please don't waste your money or good time here.

The location is decent, but the staff seemed completely unwilling to help. When I reported that the TV or AC wasn’t working, they just walked off and left me waiting. The 1500/- fee felt far too high for service that was basically nonexistent. Please pick somewhere else.

The rooms and floors were dusty and dirty, and there were lots of bedbugs. The sheets and pillows were in very poor condition, and the washroom was filthy even after I asked for it to be cleaned. There wasn’t proper ventilation either. They wouldn’t provide a room key, which was concerning. The TV wasn’t working, and they said it needed a recharge. Even basic things were missing: no soap, and no proper plate or spoon, just disposable paper plates. They also didn’t provide bottled water, and charged more than the 30/- MRP when asked. It seemed like the hotel was only for couples who come and do their business before leaving. Thanks for such a horrible stay 👍🏻

We ended up having to sleep in our car because it was so late and there was nobody at the counter when we went looking for help. The beds had thousands of bedbugs, which attacked us in the middle of the night. On top of that, the room was shabby, the washroom dirty, and the whole place was stained and filthy from the entrance to the upper rooms. The person at the counter, manager or whoever, was rude and condescending. The hotel charged more than the price shown in the app. There were no safety precautions, no fire extinguisher or drinking water, and the rooms were packed in like prison cells. This was the most pathetic hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Don’t waste your money or time here.
