There’s no lift, and although the rooms have windows, they look straight at the wall of another building, so there’s no view. The map shows the wrong location; the actual place is elsewhere. Search for "OYO Hotel Anupama" to find it.

I was disappointed by the call I made to ask about room availability. The staff member was very rude and unprofessional, with no basic courtesy or clear communication. That alone made me rethink staying here. I hope management takes the issue seriously and improves how customers are treated.
