The owner lives on site and makes sure guests are well looked after. We found the furnished, spacious, air-conditioned rooms comfortable, and the home-style Indian meals were lovingly cooked and very good. We used Ola to get around for much less. A cozy family-run homestay in Agra, and I'd give it top marks.

When my hired driver couldn't get through traffic to Mehtab Bagh for sunset over the Taj, Sandeep jumped in and took me on his motorcycle. He drove confidently and lent me his helmet, so I felt safe, and the ride was a lot of fun. Seeing the Taj at sunset was one of the best parts of my trip to India so far. He offers motorcycle tours, and I hope to join him for one to Jaipur in January. The homestay was very clean, with plenty of delicious food, and everyone was warm and helpful. Sandeep, the manager, has a Master's degree in Tourism and Hospitality and showed real professionalism and care for my well-being. His wife Asha and the whole family were so welcoming.

We joined Sandeep, his wife Asha, and his brother for a delicious homemade Indian lunch. Asha showed us how to make chapati, and we learned about Indian cooking methods and ingredients. It was lovely to spend time in a real Indian home and hear Sandeep share his story. His family welcomed us so warmly, and we're grateful. We also saw one of their rental rooms and would love to stay there on a future trip to India. We're heading home tomorrow, though 😒

Even though we arrived at 3 am, the owners were helpful and showed us the way. Their hospitality made us feel like family, and the food felt just like home. One of the best places to stay in Agra.
