I stayed just one day after arriving late, then checked out the next morning. The room and bathroom were far from clean. I had to keep calling the receptionist, Tiwari, for basics like soap, a towel, and bottled water, and even to ask for water in the morning so I could get ready. The restaurant wasn’t operating, so I had to go to the nearby Festiva for food. It was an okay motel to stay in.

The room and washroom smelled, and neither was clean. Service was very bad, with extra charges for everything. Don’t get breakfast here, they charge a lot for food that isn’t tasty. I was very disappointed.

The location works well for people working at Manjusar MIDC. The staff are good, and the rooms are clean. Room rates are roughly 800 to 1500, depending on what’s available.

There are plenty of rooms at this hotel inside a GIDC, with both AC and non-AC options. The room was clean but small. Food is available outside.
