We were there for four days, and Satyanarayan took great care of us at meals and was always around when we needed something. Ayan and Sanal were very helpful with check-in and check-out. The hotel also kindly gave us khichdi and milk for the children at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. The rooms were comfortable, and the swimming pool was okay. All tourist spots are within a 5 km radius. We enjoyed the staff’s service and hospitality and had a pleasant stay.

The kids loved the swimming pool, and breakfast in the morning had a good range of options and was excellent. The property is well equipped and kept in very good condition. We had a comfortable, enjoyable family vacation here. Highly recommended!

I’d say this works for an overnight stop just to sleep, but not for a longer stay, and it doesn’t justify its price. The bathroom had no exhaust, room service was lazy, and the staff weren’t active or friendly. The TVs only had free channels for entertainment. Security, management, and location were good, but for what it charges, it isn’t worth it.

The rooms were clean and the washroom was perfect, and the service was a 10/10. The staff were so kind. We had an early flight to Mumbai, so we asked if they could pack breakfast. They were lovely and gave us a delicious meal that filled us up and made us happy. Our room was a bit small, so the second bed was separated from the family. Still, everything was amazing. If I visit Mysore again, I’ll stay here again. I recommend this hotel if you’re in Mysore, you won’t regret it.

The location is right in the city centre, with easy access to sights, and the rooms are clean with reliable 24-hour hot water. Room service from Mr Vinoth and Mr Amit was very efficient and well done, better than at most high-end hotels. The courteous help desk also accommodated all our requests, including getting us a mini cooler. I’m looking forward to coming back.
