Think twice before booking. I had two rooms through my bank holiday home, but neither room number was listed on the booking letter. After a 20-hour trip, I asked the manager to let my four family members rest in a room first. He said only two people could go in and the others had to wait outside. With no other choice, I went to my branch 10 km away. When I returned, they gave us two rooms, but they were the worst ones. If you pay in advance, they may give you a bad room and say the others are booked. The price is too high for the rooms. I asked the manager and room service nearly 20 times to fix the AC, but nobody came. We had to beg the room boy for drinking water. I've travelled many places and never met a manager this cruel and greedy.

The room was just okay for sleeping, but the bathroom geyser didn't work and no water was coming through. The rooms weren't clean, the sheets were dirty, and the doors wouldn't shut properly. The staff tried to help and were good to deal with, but the poor infrastructure got in the way and they couldn't provide proper service.

The hotel manager acted like a goon and started a fight when we questioned being charged tax even on a glass of water. Room service was pathetic, the food was awful, and there was no mobile signal or Wi-Fi. The hotel's driver also demanded extra money even after we'd paid the full fare. This place turned our Agra trip into a terrible experience. I don't want to give it even one star, but had to click a star to post this. Never visit.

The rooms are huge and both the AC and TV work well, but the service is poor. Even turning on the taps takes so much effort it wears you out, and the food is very expensive. I can't recommend it very strongly. You can find similar hotels elsewhere with better service.

The prices are very high for what they offer. The TV doesn't work, there is no kitchen in the hotel, and they don't provide soap or shampoo.
