Hotel Muktangan

The food really stood out, it tasted like home cooking. Chicken, fish, egg, and paneer were all delicious. We were there for a Geological Field Trip, and the people were exceptionally friendly and cooperative. The rooms were more or less okay, though the ground floor rooms were in somewhat worse condition. The sea isn't far, and the price is very pocket-friendly. I'd recommend it to students and tourists looking for a decent hotel at a reasonable price.

The room and bathroom weren't especially clean, but we could manage. We paid 2k for a 4-bed room. The staff were friendly and even gave us complimentary veggie pakoras. We enjoyed the food, which felt healthy and tasted good: rice, daal, chicken, and fish. The beach is a bit far. For a budget weekend with friends, it's a fun option. They should replace the plates and cups. It might be better to bring term col plates and cups, or ask them to serve the food on those.

The owner was very polite and down to earth, and helped us with our tour as well. The rooms were neat and clean, and the bathroom was in very clean condition too. We had a good experience.

A good location, and the hotel adjusts its services to what visitors need. It keeps making updates to improve guest satisfaction. Come and enjoy your stay.
