It's close to the main gate of the Banshbari range, with the National Park ambience all around. The resort itself is spacious and beautiful, with a natural garden, and the staff were very polite. Mr Sachin, our guide, was especially helpful. I'll remember the place and its staff for a long time.

The dining area sits close to nature, and in winter you can spot different sunbirds within the boundary. The room was nice for the price, and the food was excellent, with everything prepared in a homely style.

I had booked two cottage rooms and paid the booking amount, but a family problem meant I couldn't make the trip. I let them know well before the arrival date, and they said they'd refund me. Three months later, there was still no refund. When I call, Sanjeev doesn't pick up, and my WhatsApp messages go unanswered. That felt really inhuman. Please don't book their cottage.

The homestay is beside the bazaar, and the main gate of MANAS NATIONAL PARK ASSAM is about 7-8 minutes away. The price for both the stay and food is reasonable.

The staff were extremely rude, and the service was very poor. This was my worst experience. I wouldn't recommend this cottage, since there are plenty of better homestays near Manas National Park.
